    Ingredients

    • For the Simple Syrup:
    • 1 cup Water

    • 1 cup Sugar

    • 1/2 cup Honey

    • 2 Rosemary Sprigs

    • For the Cocktail:
    • 3 oz. Rye Whiskey

    • 1 oz. Rosemary and Honey Simple Syrup

    • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

    • 1 Rosemary Sprig

    • Orange Peel, Garnish

    Directions

    • Add water, honey and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Once sugar dissolves, add rosemary sprigs and boil for an additional minute then lower to a simmer for 10 minutes.
    • Add whiskey, bitters, and rosemary & honey simple syrup into a cocktail glass and stir.
    • Add one large ice cube then garnish with an orange peel and rosemary sprig. Serve immediately.

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ fluid ounces vodka

    • ½ fluid ounce lime juice

    • ice cubes

    • ½ cup ginger beer

    • 1 lime wedge for garnish

    Directions

    • Fill a copper mug or similarly sized glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and lime juice. Fill the glass with ginger beer and gently swirl it with a spoon once to mix.

    Blood Orange Mimosa is a holiday brunch cocktail made with blood orange juice and sparkling wine. The gorgeous red color and fresh herb garnish makes this a festive addition to any holiday recipe collection.

    Ingredients

    • 16 oz Blood Orange Juice, about 10 blood oranges juiced

    • 1 750 ml bottle Sparkling Wine

    • 4-6 Rosemary sprigs

    Directions

    • If using fresh BLOOD ORANGES, squeeze and store the JUICE in an airtight, refrigerated container (up to 2 days in advance). Cut 1 orange into thin slices for garnish.
    • To serve, fill 1/3 glass with BLOOD ORANGE JUICE and 2/3 with SPARKLING WINE. Garnish with ROSEMARY and orange slices. Serve chilled chilled.

    • Add lemon juice and Maker’s Mark; mix.
    • Add ice.
    • Double strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
